    Thank you so much for the posting on Mexican Independence Day. My students will begin to learn the basics of Mexico: geography, the flag and a bit of history. Now, from the beginning of their study of Spanish, my 7th and 8th graders will know that el dieciseis de septiembre (not el 5 de mayo) is Mexican Independence Day. What a wonderful resource you are providing! I encourage everyone to subscribe.
